SAN DIEGO CITY DIRECTORY.
In presenting this new directory for San Diego city and county we note that the body of the book contains fifty more pages than the old directory, and there are five more names to each page, making in all over 2,500 more names than there were in the old, indicating a material increase in the population of our city. During the year just closed many new and hand- some buildings have been erected; and the indications for the coming year are still brighter both for an in- crease in population and building operations.
We have endeavored to make this the most perfect directory that has ever been- issued in the city. Our next issue will appear about the first of the year 1896, and our constant aim will be to make each succeeding issue better than the former. From time to time we will add new features to the book as occasion seems to warrant, believing that San Diego business men will appreciate our efforts, and encourage a worthy home enterprise.
